Case Selector / Order Picker

About the role

Humano is seeking experienced Case Selectors/Order Pickers for a fast-paced warehouse operation. This position involves picking cases of product throughout freezer warehouse locations and offers part-time roles with full-time options as workload increases.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Riding Pallet Jack safely and efficiently
• Select and pull warehouse orders
• Pick approximately 0–4,000 cases per day, depending on workload and operational requirements
• Accurately locate product within freezer warehouse locations
• Use RF scanners and warehouse technology as required
• Maintain order accuracy
• Build and organize pallets
• Move completed orders to designated staging areas
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous Riding Pallet Jack experience required
• Previous Order Selecting experience required
• Previous warehouse inventory experience preferred
• Ability to accurately locate and select product
• Ability to work in freezer/cold temperatures for the duration of the shift
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move cases of product
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to meet production and accuracy expectations
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• RF Scanner experience is a plus
• Previous freezer order-selecting experience is a plus

Working Environment

This position requires associates to work inside freezer locations for the duration of their shift. Temperatures in many freezer locations may range from approximately 0°F to -10°F.

Pay

$19.00 per hour + Case Pick Incentive

Schedule

• Monday–Saturday
• Shift: 3:00 PM until work completion
• Employment Type: Part-Time with Full-Time Options
