About the role

Dunhill Government Solutions is hiring Case Processing Specialists for a seasonal, fully remote team supporting case analysis and data reconciliation for a federal health insurance marketplace program. No time off may be taken during training. Specialists who complete 30 days in good standing receive a bonus, and those who remain through the end of the assignment in good standing receive a second bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Use data analysis skills for research, remediation, case management and troubleshooting for consumers who obtain health coverage through the marketplace
  • Review your assigned caseload and prioritize by urgency and Service Level Agreement (SLA) date
  • Reconcile each case across multiple data sources to determine what happened and where the data diverged
  • Speak with consumers several times a day by phone (cloud‑based telephony) to gather information or explain the outcome of their case, with patience and clear, empathetic communication
  • Adjudicate cases using standard operating procedures, document findings thoroughly, and escalate cases that need advanced subject‑matter expertise
  • Contribute to workflow investigations, business procedures and process improvements
  • Work from a dedicated, secure area within your residence

Requirements

  • Associate degree, OR high school diploma/GED and 2 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to pass a federal background investigation to access sensitive information

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience following defined processes or assignments
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience with complex data analytics and advanced problem solving
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and stay engaged while working remotely
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; able to work overtime as required

Benefits

  • Bonus after completing 30 days in good standing
  • Additional bonus for remaining through the end of the assignment in good standing
  • Hourly health & welfare benefit toward health insurance and retirement (amount varies by location)

Pay

$18.81 per hour, plus the hourly health & welfare benefit described above.

Schedule

Training: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Eastern, Monday–Friday (no time off allowed). After training, assigned shift within 8:00 AM–8:00 PM Eastern, Monday–Friday; shifts start every 30 minutes, with the latest start at 11:30 AM. No split shifts or part‑time; position is full‑time.
