About the role

Barton Community College is seeking a Technical Trainer who excels in helping others succeed through the use of industry-leading equipment and technology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with CNH and local dealers to manage equipment and materials for training programs.
• Maintain training inventories, diagnostic laptops, proprietary software, and technical resources.
• Deliver engaging, hands-on service training that meets CNH standards.
• Build strong relationships with dealers and serve as a trusted technical resource.
• Assist the Commercial Drivers License program by providing behind-the-wheel instruction.

Requirements

• An Associate degree in Diesel Mechanics or Agriculture Equipment Mechanics.
• Two years industry experience in Agriculture or Heavy Construction Equipment Maintenance.
• A Master Technician certification in Case-New Holland Equipment.
• A Class A commercial drivers license.
