About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage client interactions, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Resolve client issues efficiently, escalating complex cases as necessary
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Contribute to team initiatives aimed at improving client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or support role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
