We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must include Pay and Schedule only if posting actually states them. The posting includes schedule: "The working schedule is Monday - Friday 8am-5pm EST." Also "Anticipated Weekly Hours 40". So schedule section can be included. Pay: "Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $66,575.00 - $142,576.00". So include Pay. Benefits: there is a paragraph about benefits: "Great Benefits For Great People ... This full‑time position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package ... medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources". So include Benefits. About the role: The initial paragraph about CVS Health mission and "Join us...". Also "Position Summary". Could be About the role. Responsibilities: The detailed duties: "Develop, implement, support, and promote health service strategies..." etc. Also the "Fundamental Components/Job Description" paragraphs. So responsibilities. Requirements: Might be "Required Qualifications". Also "Work From Home Requirements", "Technical And Logistical Requirements". Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings for sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide mapping. Likely "Required Qualifications" goes under Qualifications. "Preferred Qualifications" also under Qualifications. "Education" maybe under Qualifications. "Work From Home Requirements" maybe under Requirements? Or could be under Requirements. "Technical And Logistical Requirements" maybe under Skills? Or Requirements. We need to avoid duplication and keep sections meaningful. We can have sections: About the role (h3), Responsibilities (h3), Qualifications (h3) (cover required, preferred, education), Skills (h3) (maybe technical/logistical requirements and work-from-home requirements?), Benefits (h3), Pay (h3), Schedule (h3). Ensure we don't create empty sections. We must preserve all substantive info. Let's extract content. Responsibilities: - "Develop, implement, support, and promote health service strategies, tactics, policies, and programs that drive the delivery of quality healthcare to our members. Health service strategies, policies, and programs are comprised of utilization management, quality management, network management, clinical coverage and policies." - "The position requires advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to facilitate appropriate physical, behavioral health, psychosocial wrap around services." - "The care manager will be responsible for care planning, direct provider collaboration, and effective utilization of available resources in a cost-effective manner." - "Strong assessment, writing and communication skills are required." - Then the "Fundamental Components/Job Description" paragraphs: - Conduct face to face visits in members home utilizing comprehensive assessment tools for members enrolled in MLTSS and/or D-SNP/FIDE and non-MLTSS members to evaluate medical needs to facilitate overall wellness and help them obtain services they need to thrive by addressing requests for services such as adult medical daycare, pediatric medical daycare, personal care assistant, nursing facility custodial requests, personal preference program and MLTSS program enrollment. - Member assignments may include pediatric population and medically complex cases. - The case manager schedules and attends interdisciplinary meetings and advocates on the members’ behalf to ensure proper and safe discharge with appropriate services in place. - The case manager works with the member and care team to develop a care plan and authorizes services in a cost-effective manner within the MLTSS/ FIDE benefit. - The care manager is responsible for documenting accurately and timely in the member’s electronic health record. - The case manager is responsible for coordinating and collaborating care with the member/authorized representative, PCP, and any other care team participants. - This position requires the case manager to use critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems. - The Case Manager will also be expected to mentor new hires once a level of proficiency has been attained in their role.
