We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About Us? The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They say do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. They say include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we need to parse the posting. Content: - About Us: description of VOALA, mission, services. That's a section. Could be "About Us" or "About the role"? The example headings include "About the role". But we have "About Us". Should we use that heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not limited to those. So we can use "About Us". Probably okay. - Pay Rate: $22.91 - $24.12 Per Hour. That's pay. So we need a Pay section. - Benefits: VOALA offers competitive medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. That's benefits. - Job Summary And Purpose: description. - Duties And Responsibilities: list of duties. - Essential Ability Acknowledgement: ability to work with difficult clients. - ESSENTIAL DUTIES: list of duties (some repeated? Might be similar to duties). We need to preserve all substantive info, not duplicate? We should include them but maybe combine? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove duplicated lines. So we need to deduplicate repeated content. There's overlap between Duties And Responsibilities and ESSENTIAL DUTIES. We need to see if they are duplicates or additional. Let's list them. Duties And Responsibilities bullet points (though not bullet in text but sentences separated by periods). They are: 1. Conducts comprehensive screenings and assessments with individuals (or families) to collect functional, environmental, psycho-social, financial, employment, housing, educational, and health information, as appropriate 2. Assess barriers facing the clients and develop a case plan. 3. Coordinate individualized planning with clients to meet short- and long-term needs. 4. Provide service linkages and support systems to ensure identified needs are met. 5. Coordinates case conferences with residents, consults with service team, monitors progress of clients on case plan, assists clients to meet the agreed upon goals. 6. Acts as advocate for client before judicial, community, social service, and administrative bodies as needed; facilitates support groups and client participation as appropriate. Essential Ability Acknowledgement: Ability to work and deal with difficult, uncooperative, and potentially aggressive clients as VOALA serves the neediest of the needy in our programs, which may include clients with homelessness, mental illness, substance abuse, recently released from incarceration, and other challenges. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Services for this position must be provided on-site. As a result, the position requires incumbents to report to work on-site each day of active employment. Assessment: through individual meetings on a regular basis and as part of Case Management team develop a detailed plan of action to meet the clients needs, set goals and find the necessary resources to meet those goals Coaching and Social Support – accompany participants to activities and services Coordinate Care and Case Management as part of team, connecting participants to appropriate services Advocacy for participants before other agencies/community settings Capacity Building – motivating participant progress Outreach and Engagement – Meet participants and bring into programs Other duties as required and may be subject to change MANDATED REPORTER: As service providers to the underprivileged and vulnerable in our community, all employees are considered Mandated Reporters, and must report any instance of physical or sexual abuse to proper authorities. We need sections: About Us, Pay, Benefits, Job Summary (maybe "Job Summary And Purpose"), Responsibilities (maybe combine duties), Requirements/Qualifications (maybe separate), maybe "Essential Abilities" or "Key Abilities"? The instruction list includes Skills, but we can decide. We need to avoid filler sections like Schedule if not present. No schedule info. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll produce something like:

Now qualifications. We have REQUIREMENTS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS. We could have a section "Requirements" with the mandatory items, and maybe "Preferred Qualifications". Or combine into "Qualifications". The instruction list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We'll do Requirements and Preferred Qualifications. We need to avoid duplication: The ability to work with difficult clients appears both in Essential Ability Acknowledgement and in REQUIREMENTS. We already included that ability in Responsibilities list (we added as a bullet). Should we also include it in Requirements? Might be duplicate. We should deduplicate. Since we already included that ability in Responsibilities, we might not repeat it in Requirements. However, the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove duplicated lines. So we should not repeat the same sentence. So we need to include the requirement items that are not already covered. Requirement items: - Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance, background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications - Ability to perform under circumstances of possible emotional stress and conflicts dealing with difficult, uncooperative, and potentially aggressive clients as VOALA serves the neediest of the needy in our programs which may include clients with homelessness, mental-illness, substance abuse, recently released from incarceration and other challenges. (This is similar to the ability we already added; we could consider it duplicate and omit.) Education: HS/GED. Completion of VOALA Case Management training within 6 months of hire. Experience: Minimum 1-year general experience in case management or similar social services role Or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services related field in lieu of experience Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (Social Work, Social Services, public administration, public health or related field) 1 year of experience working with target population HMIS navigation We'll create sections:

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance, background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications
  • HS/GED; completion of VOALA Case Management training within 6 months of hire
  • Minimum 1-year general experience in case management or similar social services role, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Services‑related field in lieu of experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Social Services, public administration, public health or a related field
  • 1 year of experience working with the target population
  • HMIS navigation experience
We should also maybe include Skills? Not needed. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO, E-Verify, etc. Now output HTML fragment. Check for any missing info: The "About Us" includes the URL. Good. Check for any duplicated content: We included ability to work with difficult clients in Responsibilities; we omitted from Requirements. Good. Check for any other duplicated: The "Essential Ability Acknowledgement" we turned into bullet. The "MANDATED REPORTER" we turned into bullet. Check for any other content: The "Assessment: through individual meetings..." we turned into bullet "Through individual meetings on a regular basis and as part of the Case Management team, develop a detailed plan of action to meet clients’ needs, set goals and find necessary resources." Good. Check for "Coaching and Social Support – accompany participants to activities and services" bullet. Check for "Coordinate Care and Case Management as part of team, connecting participants to appropriate services" bullet. Check for "Advocacy for participants before other agencies/community settings" bullet. Check for "Capacity
