About the role
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is one of New Jersey’s largest non-profit social service agencies with programs and facilities serving Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Union counties. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Case Manager for our Upper Saddle River program in Upper Saddle River, NJ. In response to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, Catholic Charities, as a ministry of the Archdiocese of Newark, serves the poor and marginalized and advocates for their needs in order to promote the inherent dignity and worth of all people without regard to race, religion, or culture.
Responsibilities
- Assess clients' needs
- Develop and implement service plans for clients
- Provide referrals when required
- Responsible for continuity of care and ensuring that appropriate quality services are provided
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 year of related experience in social services
- Valid NJ driver's license
- Bilingual preferred
