Case Manager - Crisis Services

About the role

Oaklawn provides mental health and addiction treatment across Goshen, Elkhart, South Bend, and Mishawaka in Indiana. We offer various therapeutic roles including therapist, counselor, clinician, nurse, psychiatric technician, behavioral health technician, and substance abuse counselor.

Responsibilities

- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions - Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care - Administer medications and monitor patients' progress - Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field - Valid state license/certification (where required) - Experience in mental health or addiction treatment preferred

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Compassion and empathy for patients and their families

Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in computer software for record-keeping and documentation - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
