About the role

Empower Children and Families

Valley's Children, Youth, & Family Program provides a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment where young people can work through mental and behavioral health challenges that impact their success at home, school, and in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychosocial rehabilitative services as indicated by the client’s care plan to support clients in meeting their individualized goals.
  • Sustain evidence-based practices and meet fiscal responsibilities.
  • Achie regulatory compliance and organizational standards.
  • Support clients in following individualized care plans and identifying case management goals.
  • Complete documentation on services provided within Valley’s standards.
  • Maintain productivity expectations as assigned by supervisor.
  • Distribute medications as necessary.
  • Transport clients to appointments as necessary.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Case Manager certification must be obtained within 120 days
  • Enrolled in ValleyAcademy for Case Managers (post hire)
  • CPR certification (post hire if needed)
  • Valley de-escalation certification (post hire)
  • Driving positions require a current Driver’s License, must be 21

  • Bachelor’s degree in social services, Psychology, or related field

  • Roth (post-tax) contributions are accepted in the 401(k) plan, with a company match of up to 6% of annual salary.
