About the role

Martha House is seeking a temporary part-time Case Manager/Case Worker to support their ongoing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services to clients
• Assist clients with accessing necessary resources and services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Participate in regular team meetings and trainings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in social services
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
