Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc. (CMHA) is a private non‑profit treatment provider headquartered in New Britain, with seven locations throughout the city and in Waterbury. CMHA partners with clients and the community to promote recovery from mental illness and substance use, treating more than 7,500 adults and children each year. It is Connecticut’s first fully Joint Commission accredited Behavioral Health Home and a SAMHSA‑Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). CMHA is hiring a full‑time, 1st‑shift Case Manager for the Behavioral Health Home Team, located at 233 Main St., New Britain, CT 06051.

Responsibilities

Serves as case manager to support, teach, advocate, and empower clients with mental health, medical and co‑occurring needs. This includes developing person‑centered recovery goals to live, learn, socialize, work and maintain health and wellness in the community.

Pay

The salary range for this position starts at $20.00 per hour. Compensation is determined by years of relevant experience, education, skills, internal pay equity, and the overall benefits and paid‑time‑off package.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑4:30 pm.
