Responsibilities

  • Prioritize the client’s needs and case objectives to ensure excellence in quality of work product and timeliness in execution.
  • Request and file case material.
  • Act as a liaison between Paragon staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Interact with Paragon staff and external clients as needed.
  • Manage a high volume of customer inquiries and caseload.
  • Phone and email correspondence with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collect or obtain relevant case information to facilitate case workflow and to determine the most appropriate contact at Paragon.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Paragon staff to provide materials and information required to complete the review of case materials.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma.
  • 1-3 years administrative experience.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Skills

  • Organization and note taking.
  • Task prioritization.
  • Time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and taking initiative.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with the command of the English language.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
