About the role
Supplies Filler Operators with clean and sanitary milk cases to allow production to run efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Unloads trailers as received and documents and accounts for cases and pallets accurately.
- Lifts, stacks, and loads pallets, and additional items needed from trailers.
- Safely transfers cases to the chain. When the chain is full, proactively assists with alternative job tasks to support production.
- Keeps the work area clean and orderly and in safe condition.
- When cleaning case washer, case dock drain, or trailers, must safely work around chemicals and machinery.
- Monitors radio systems to ensure effective communication for operational efficiency.
- Collaborates effectively with team members to achieve shared goals and ensure successful completion of tasks.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

Physical Demands
- Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear.
- Frequently required to stand and walk.
- Must be able to reach, bend, extend, and lift 50-60 pounds.
- Requires reaching and handling dairy products and pushing and pulling stacks of products weighing up to 200lbs.
Work Environment
- May require working in the cooler room with varying degrees of temperature and may include contact with water or dairy liquids.
- Exposed to a noise level of 90 decibels.
- Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate/high.
- Wet/slippery work conditions.
