We’re actively seeking a talented Case Design Life Insurance Illustrations Analyst to join our Case Design Team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. This is an existing role on a team of 9 people in the Consumer Markets Division. Candidates will work a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office presence one day per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide Case Design and Illustration Software Support by answering phone calls and responding to email requests related to products, concepts, and software.
• Provide consultative case design assistance by aligning requestor goals with the appropriate products, riders, and features.
• Generate and send out accurate illustrations within the specified time frame after receiving the request.
• Promote and support marketing campaign initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and analyze software to determine the validity of issues.
• Provide end-user testing of illustration software.
• Provide case design training support.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of life insurance industry experience with running illustrations and knowledge in case design.
• Position requires FINRA Series 6, 63, SIE, and Life licenses within 180 days of start date.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills for contact with field representatives and internal personnel.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Pay

The base pay range represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered will depend on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Most employees are also eligible for additional incentive pay.

$36.95 - $45.17 per hour.
