Responsibilities

• Supporting the overall mission and values of Cascade Park Group
• Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the camp or facility
• Engaging with campers, guests, and clients to ensure a positive experience
• Performing maintenance tasks as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
• Some positions may require CPR certification

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some positions may require a background check
