About the role
The Role at a glance:
We are excited to bring a versatile beverage Cart Attendant to our Dining & Events team! The primary responsibility of a Beverage Cart Attendant is being responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage services at the clubhouse and from the beverage cart.
Responsibilities
- Pantry: Order food items as needed. Maintain inventory and stock. Ensure that food items and orders are within the scope of the given budget.
- Commissary: Fulfilling and delivering food and personal hygiene orders to inmates in a timely and efficient manner. Ensuring accuracy of filled orders prior to delivery to inmates.
Requirements
- Pantry: Must-haves - Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and computer skills, knowledge of food storage and safety procedures.
- Pantry: Nice-to-haves - At least one years’ experience in a foodservice environment.
- Commissary: Must-haves - Knowledge of correctional facility standards and requirements, excellent customer service and computer skills, excellent communication and organization skills.
- Commissary: Nice-to-haves - At least one years’ prior experience in a commissary program.
