Cart Staff

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Attend to all golf cart fleet needs to include: Staging carts in the morning according to daily needs.
• Monitoring cart return and pulling carts into work area in a timely manner.
• Cleaning and washing carts after use.
• Assessing carts for damage and informing supervisor in a timely manner.
• Staging carts with proper scorecards, pencils, and sand in divot bottles.
• Parking and plugging in carts for charging.
• Turning carts after rounds as needed by demand in a timely manner.

• Attend to all practice facility needs including:
  • Picking/cleaning balls from the practice facility area daily.
  • Transporting, washing, and sorting balls.
  • Filling range machines with balls.
  • Putting out and taking up flags on the practice facility, morning and evening respectively.
  • Maintaining sand in bottles and filling divots on the course and practice facility.
  • Tournament setup and take-down of signage, tables, chairs, and other needs.

Education/Experience

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• A valid NC driver’s license required.
• Customer service experience and knowledge of golf course etiquette desired.

• Display tact, courtesy, and discretion in all interactions with visitors to Keith Hills, including members, Campbell University students, faculty, staff, university officials, and the public.
• Exercise good judgment in complex and new situations.
• Show detail-oriented and willingness to work in a changing environment.
