Job Overview
Cart Attendants ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts. This role requires a positive attitude in all weather conditions.
- Collect shopping carts from the parking lot.
- Operate cart‑moving equipment to transport carts into the store.
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all shopping carts.
- Provide courteous service to customers regardless of weather conditions.
Pay
Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour (will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage).
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply.
