Cart Attendant

Job Responsibilities

• Maintains professional appearance
• Buys carts from the cart barn in the morning and returns carts to the cart barn at the end of the day
• Cleans, waters, checks carts after each use and restocks as required
• Cleans and maintains cart barn/cart washing area
• Washes, dries, and stores cart each night to ensure they are ready for golfer use the following day
• Receives and communicates complaints to the Golf Shop
• Works closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournaments
• Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

• Friendly personality and enjoyment of working with the public
• Working knowledge of the rules of golf is preferred
• Ability to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulations
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
• Able to safely operate golf carts and related equipment

Compensation

Pay rate at $20.77/hr
