Cart Associate - LAS Harry Reid International Airport - Part-time
Part-time position with approx 20+ hours per week. Weekends and holidays required as needed. Availability somewhere between the hours of 5am - 5pm (ideally 6am - 2:30pm).
Pay
$15 - $16 / hour. In addition, this position is eligible for a $5 monthly cellular phone allowance.

Responsibilities
- Manually move carts throughout departures, baggage claim, garage, and rental car center to cart collection areas (vending units or cart track).
- Keep equipment (carts, cart units, and massage chairs) clean and in working order.
- Learn and practice safe work habits to ensure safety for self, co-workers, company equipment, airport property, passengers, and visitors.
- Provide general customer service to assist passengers navigating throughout Harry Reid Airport.
- Possess strong work habits and perform the job in an honest, reliable, and professional manner.
- Effectively communicate with peers, maintenance, and management to improve business operations.
- Able to withstand undesirable weather conditions (wind, rain, snow, extreme temperatures up to 115 degrees).
- Adaptable to operational change.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Six months of successful work experience (unless currently a student).
- Ability to pass state, federal (FAA), and Homeland Security clearance requirements and reference checks.
- Open scheduling availability required, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong customer service and mathematical comprehension, highly desired.
- Displays confidence and competence in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable speaking to the general public.
- Physical ability and manual dexterity needed to lift up to 75-100 lbs.
- Ability to push/pull and move 15 carts simultaneously.
- Ability to walk and stand for the duration of the shift.
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
- Ability to get airport badged required.
