Your Role

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities
  • Conduct daily rounding, prescribe medications/treatment plans, and address acute/emergent issues
  • Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging as needed
  • Ensure reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Advanced Practice Providers must hold an active U.S. license and be board-certified by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN (for Nurse Practitioners), or by NCCPA (for Physician Assistants)
  • Qualified specialties include, but are not limited to, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Medicine
