Role Overview

Carside To Go Specialist – You will enthusiastically greet guests as they arrive and depart, assist them to their seats, and maintain overall guest flow with a caring sense of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Take to‑go orders over the phone or online (35%).
• Deliver orders to guests' cars (35%).
• Complete payment for all orders with the guest (20%).
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness standards are met (10%).

Qualifications

• A desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• A positive attitude.
• Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Mobility required throughout the entire shift.
• Transport and carry objects (such as a high‑chair) up to 15 lb up to 15 times per shift.
• Ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor, and wipe down booth seats throughout the restaurant.

Physical Requirements

• Navigate throughout the restaurant and communicate with guests.
• Move and grasp items up to five pounds.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Bend and stoop as needed.
• Adequate vision to discern cleanliness and operate a touchscreen.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.

Pay

Paid the tip‑credit minimum wage, plus tips. Actual take‑home pay varies based on availability.
