About the Role

As a Carside To Go Specialist, you’ll enthusiastically greet guests as they arrive and depart, assist them to their seats, and maintain overall guest flow—all with a caring sense of hospitality to ensure every guest’s experience starts and ends positively.
Responsibilities
- Take to-go orders over the phone or online (35%)
- Deliver orders to guests' cars (35%)
- Complete payment for all orders with the guest (20%)
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness standards are met (10%)
Requirements
- A desire to care for others, grow, and learn
- A positive attitude
- Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Mobility required during the entire shift
- Ability to transport and carry objects (such as high-chairs) up to 15 pounds up to 15 times a shift
- Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor, and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant
Physical Requirements
This role involves physical demands, including:
- Navigating throughout the restaurant and communicating with guests
- Moving and grasping items up to five pounds regularly
- Occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
- Bending and stooping
- Adequate vision to discern cleanliness and operate a touchscreen

Pay
This role is paid the tip credit minimum wage, plus tips. Actual take-home pay varies based on availability.
