About the role

We are seeking Full Time and Part Time team members to join our Carside, To-Go, and Take Out teams at Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar/Thrive Restaurant Group. Our mission is to provide exceptional hospitality and delicious food in the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the service area
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
• Follow safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but not required
• Eligible to work in the United States

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
