Duties and Accountabilities
- Possess a network of reliable carriers through calls, emails, referrals, and lead generation.
- Meet or exceed individual and team goals while ensuring timely freight pickup and delivery.
- Gain expertise in carrier supply and demand, spot market pricing, and industry trends.
- Optimize load planning, dispatching, tracking, and problem-solving using the company's industry-leading platform.
- Manage load scheduling, tender acceptance, tracking, and troubleshooting to maintain high service levels.
- Act as a trusted advisor to carriers, advocating for their needs while maximizing efficiency and profitability.
- Provide tracking and shipment status updates to support customer requests and expectations.

Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree OR relevant freight brokerage experience.
- Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience – no experience? No problem!
- Previous experience in freight brokerage or logistics preferred but not required.
