What You’ll Do:
- Book and manage dedicated lanes across carrier accounts
- Own day-to-day execution for a high-volume account base of dedicated and private fleets
- Monitor and manage 100+ daily pickups and deliveries
- Communicate consistently with carriers and internal Avenue reps
- Troubleshoot delays, appointment changes, and service issues in real time
- Ensure top-tier service and execution across all shipments
- Navigate multiple internal systems to manage freight efficiently

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $60,000-$95,000 OTE. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including skill set and depth of experience.
About the Role:
This isn’t just an operations seat—you’ll play a key role in supporting enterprise-level accounts while working directly with a tenured Sales Representative. Even better, your success is tied directly to the company’s success.
Qualifications:
- Has 2+ years of experience in freight transportation (3PL experience preferred)
- Has strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Is detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and ownership
