About the Role

Carpentry/Installer Helpers assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high-quality, productive, and profitable fashion. You will demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional manner. Responsibilities include operating company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely.

This role offers a direct career track to Lead with a pay increase, along with paid training and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installers with the installation of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry, and other home organizing systems.
• Operate company vehicles and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
• Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship and customer service.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Possess and maintain a current driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Operate company vehicles safely.
• Closet, garage, or office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.
