Carpentry Contractor

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Carpentry Contractors to support renovation, repair, and custom build projects across our property portfolio.

This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, project-based scheduling. Projects are assigned based on scope, timelines, and property needs, allowing you to take on work that aligns with your availability and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work including framing, trim, cabinetry, and custom wood installations
• Repair and replace damaged wood structures and finishes
• Support renovation and property improvement projects
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications
• Maintain job site cleanliness and organization
• Communicate project progress, timelines, and completion updates

Requirements

• Valid contractor license (if required by State of Florida/local regulations)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proven experience in residential and/or light commercial carpentry
• Skilled in framing, trim work, cabinetry, and general woodwork
• Able to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
• Must have your own tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Able to manage projects, timelines, and job site organization
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
