Carpenters for restoration, rough framing, and finish work

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine construction requirements and materials needed
• Construct wood structures including framing, joists, and rafters
• Install fixtures and materials such as windows, flooring, trim, and hardware
• Interact with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionals

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Carpenter is preferred
• Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements
• Able to read and take action on blueprints
• Able to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools
• Knowledge of building regulations and codes
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
