Carpenter (Union)

About the role

Lunda Construction Company, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Carpenter (Union) to join their project sites in the Black River Falls, WI; Waukesha, WI; Hilbert, WI; and Rosemount, MN regions. This is a Union Position.

Responsibilities

• Work alone or with crews to build and assemble column formwork, wall formwork, and falsework
• Erect temporary handrails, platforms, and associated safety related structures
• Perform a variety of tasks involving hand and power tools
• Measure, cut, and install materials per plans
• Unload, handle, and stockpile material
• Climb forms
• Piledriving
• Maintaining a clean job site
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Must be able to work at heights
• Must be able to walk on uneven surfaces, climb scaffolds, ladders and otherwise achieve access work areas
• Duties will include physical activities that require considerable use of the arms and legs, and moving the whole body, such as standing, climbing, balancing, walking, stooping, bending, and handling and lifting of materials, equipment, tools and machinery weighing up to 50 pounds
