Facilities Engineering maintains 6 million square feet of facilities dedicated to clinical and academic functions, comprising 150 professionals, including engineers, MEP mechanics, building finishes, and support staff. About the Role

Provides the necessary craft for maintaining the hospital and off-site buildings and grounds.

Schedule

Day Shift: 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Sketches, builds, and installs all facility finishes using a variety of materials.
• Performs preventative maintenance.
• Coordinates work with other trades as necessary.
• Assists with maintaining par levels of essential inventory materials and hardware items.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2–5 years of carpentry/general building maintenance experience
• No supervisory experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or trade school equivalent in carpentry/general building maintenance
