Responsibilities
- Accurately measure the customer’s home for installations
- Complete service jobs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Repair windows, siding, and sunrooms
- Order and track repair/installation services
- Aid in management reporting and communication as requested
- Interact with homeowners to service their home-improvement needs
- Safely perform all aspects of the job in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Construction trade school preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience in home improvement/construction involving carpentry, roofing, and window installation
- Experience in the use of a brake, and other hand tools such as a utility knife, hammer, deglazing tools, etc.
Qualifications
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Math skills including using a tape measure and angles
