We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. Need to preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions. Must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Department: SAAS Custodial, Move Crew and Facilities Administration - Advertised Salary Range: (not given) - Part/Full Time: Full Time - About UofSC: description paragraph. - Inclusive Excellence Statement (boilerplate? maybe remove) - Advertised Job Summary: bullet points with questions and then description. - Primary Duties Include: list of duties. - Perks: bullet list with check marks: Competitive salary + some of the BEST benefits you can find! 15 paid vacation days, 15 paid sick days, 13 paid holidays (including an extended December holiday), An engaging and collaborative environment. Also a YouTube link (maybe remove as navigation? It's a link but maybe keep? It's not boilerplate but it's a perk? Might be considered promotional; but we can keep as part of benefits? It's a link to video; maybe drop as it's not essential. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The YouTube link is not boilerplate but could be considered promotional; but we can keep if it's substantive? It's not essential info about job; but it's a perk? Might be considered fluff. Safer to drop it. - Minimum And Additional Requirements Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: list. - Preferred Qualifications: bullet. - Additional Comments: Job Close Date 10/14/2026, Special Instructions to Applicant (including info about posting duration, etc.) - these are application instructions/boilerplate; should be removed. - The University of South Carolina offers a valuable benefits package including but not limited to: list (Health and Life Insurance, Retirement Programs, Paid Tuition, Dependent Scholarships, Annual Leave, Sick Leave, 13 Paid Holidays..., Paid Parental Leave, Professional Development Opportunities). This is benefits detail. - EEO Statement: remove. - je-a2dba7dfc03847998fc5582999899d3b: ignore. We need to decide sections: - About the role: could be the "Advertised Job Summary" paragraph? Actually "About the role" could be the summary description. We have "About UofSC" which is about the institution, not the role. Might be considered "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can create sections: About the role (maybe the job summary paragraph), Responsibilities (primary duties), Requirements (minimum requirements), Qualifications (preferred qualifications), Skills (maybe combine knowledge/skills?), Benefits (perks + benefits package), Pay (if salary range given - not given, so omit), Schedule (if part/full time given - we have Full Time, so we can include Schedule section with Full Time). Also maybe include Department? Not a standard heading; could be folded into About the role or omitted. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. We have Schedule: Full Time stated. So we can include Schedule section with that info. Benefits: we have perks and benefits package, so include Benefits section. Pay: Advertised Salary Range: not given (blank). So we should NOT include Pay section. Now we need to extract substantive content for each section. About the role: Could be the "Advertised Job Summary" paragraph: includes bullet points with questions and then description: "The Carpenter/Locksmith performs journeyman-level carpentry maintenance, repairs, and minor installations. This position services and installs commercial carpentry components, hardware, flooring, ceiling systems, and electronic locking systems. The incumbent diagnoses and troubleshoots problems, performs appropriate repairs, and applies thorough knowledge of applicable codes, industry work practices, and safety standards. This position is designated as essential during inclement or hazardous weather and other emergencies." We should keep that as prose (

). Also maybe include the introductory bullet questions? They are part of the summary; we could keep them as part of the prose or as list? They are bullet points with questions. Could be considered part of the summary; we can keep them as

  • maybe. But they are not duties; they are promotional. Might be okay to keep as list. However instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine them into a paragraph. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. The bullet questions are substantive? They are rhetorical questions; they are part of the posting. We should preserve them. Could format as
    • each question. That seems okay. Responsibilities: Primary Duties Include list. We'll output as
      • . Requirements: Minimum And Additional Requirements Knowledge/Skills/Abilities list. We'll output as
        • . Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications list. Output as
          • . Skills: Could be extracted from knowledge/skills? Might overlap with Requirements. But we have a separate Skills heading optional. Could we put skills as part of Requirements? The instruction allows us to create Skills section if we have specific content. The posting includes "Knowledge/Skills/Abilities" and also "Skill in use of tools and equipment...". That's skills. Could create Skills section with those skill statements. But we already have Requirements covering knowledge/skills/abilities. Might be redundant. Better to follow the headings list but only include if we have distinct content. We could treat Requirements as the minimum requirements (knowledge/skills/abilities). Qualifications as preferred qualifications. Skills maybe we can extract the skill statements: "Skill in use of tools and equipment. Ability to read, understand and interpret plans and specifications. Ability to work independently and to direct work for subordinates." Those are skills. We could put them under Skills section. However they are already part of Minimum Requirements. To avoid duplication, we could merge them into Requirements. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So better to not create Skills if it duplicates. We'll omit Skills section. Benefits: combine perks and benefits package. Need to list items: Competitive salary + some of the BEST benefits you can find! (maybe vague but it's stated). 15 paid vacation days, 15 paid sick days, 13 paid holidays (including an extended December holiday), An engaging and collaborative environment. Plus benefits package: Health and Life Insurance, Retirement Programs, Paid Tuition, Dependent Scholarships, Annual Leave, Sick Leave, 13 Paid Holidays (including an extended December holiday), Paid Parental Leave, Professional Development Opportunities. Note duplicates: paid holidays appears twice; we can combine. Also Annual Leave and Sick Leave maybe same as vacation/sick days? But we keep as stated. We should not include boilerplate like "Clickhttps://nam02..." etc. Remove that link. Schedule: Full Time. Now produce HTML:

            Schedule

            Full Time

Check for any duplicated content: we have both 15 paid sick days and Sick Leave; they are similar but we keep both as they appear in posting. Might be considered duplication but it's from two places; we could deduplicate? The instruction: remove duplicated lines. If the same line appears twice, we should remove duplicate. Here "15 paid sick days" appears in perks and also "Sick Leave" in benefits package; they are not identical but similar. Not exact duplicate. "13 paid holidays (including an extended December holiday)" appears twice; we have it in perks and benefits package. That's duplicate line exactly. We should only include once. So we need to deduplicate that line. Also "Annual Leave" vs "15 paid vacation days": not identical but similar; but we keep both? Might be considered duplication of meaning but not exact line. The instruction says remove duplicated lines, not semantically
