The Porch Company is Nashville's premier custom porch and outdoor living builder, with over 30 years of experience. We are currently seeking a skilled carpenter who takes pride in detailed, quality work.

Responsibilities

• Constructing high-end screened porches, decks, and outdoor spaces
• Participating in projects that you can be proud of
• Building lasting relationships with both your coworkers and clients

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in carpentry
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Skills

• Proficiency in carpentry tools and techniques
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
