We are seeking a full‑time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, mechanical). The more skills you bring, the more we can offer you. We work on everything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. With a consistent workload, strong leadership, and well‑rounded team members, this is a highly sought‑after opportunity for a permanent home. Tradesmen focus exclusively on construction phases and do not perform water mitigation.
Responsibilities
- Perform remodeling tasks including drywall installation, painting, tile work, flooring, carpentry, and mechanical work.
- Handle projects ranging from small patches and paint jobs to complete home rebuilds.
- Work exclusively on construction phases (no water mitigation).
- Collaborate with superintendents and team members to achieve job goals.
- Maintain clear communication and reliable attendance.
Requirements
- Remodeling experience
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Ability to provide your own tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Previous restoration experience (a plus)
- Ability to move and/or lift 50+ pounds
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
