Responsibilities

• Bathroom repairs & upgrades
• Drywall repair, patching, and caulking
• Fixing flooring (repair and installation)
• Carpentry work (general)
• Fixture replacement (toilets, sinks, faucets)
• General home repairs and maintenance tasks
• Supporting home safety and accessibility for seniors aging in place
• Installing shelving and storage solutions
• Kitchen repairs
• Maintaining minor plumbing and electrical systems
• Painting interior and exterior spaces
• Completing a quarterly home maintenance checklist

Requirements

• 5+ years of paid home repair/maintenance experience
• Committed to quality, safety, and doing the job right
• Reliable, courteous, and respectful in every interaction
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
