About the role
Craftsman with carpentry, drywall, electrical, and plumbing skills needed. Work independently in a family atmosphere with office staff handling paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical repairs in homes and commercial properties.
- Complete small to medium maintenance/repairs and mid-size home improvement projects.
- Deliver a consistent and remarkably better customer experience when working in their home.
- Communicate with customers about scope of work, cost estimates, and manage expectations.
- Leave customers thrilled with your current work, opening doors to future work.
Requirements
- Strong ‘multi-skill’ background in carpentry, drywall, electrical, and plumbing.
- Must own ‘day-to-day’ tools of the trade.
- 15 years of trade experience (required).
