Carpenter Foreman (Heavy Civil/Highway Construction)

About the role

Responsible for overseeing construction projects from design to completion. Leads a team of carpenters and oversees material procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Supervise carpentry and labor teams
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Collaborate with architects and engineers
• Oversee material procurement and logistics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Experience with construction software (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD)
