We are looking for candidates for both 1st shift (6:30am–3:30pm) and 2nd shift (3pm–11pm). This is an onsite position located in Indianapolis, IN; relocation assistance is not offered.

Carpenter Role

We are looking for a dependable, experienced carpenter to join our team. In this role, you’ll build props for attractions like laser tag, mini golf, escape rooms, and more. If you enjoy working with wood and foam to bring imaginative ideas to life, this could be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities

  • Use basic hand tools (drills, sanders, routers, staplers, etc.)
  • Operate power tools such as chop saws, table saws, and router tables
  • Sand props and parts to prepare them for finishing
  • Build entry-level props and signs
  • Use a computer to access build documents and time tracking
  • Learn lamination techniques

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience
  • Punctuality and attention to detail
  • Sense of urgency and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Relatable job experience includes finish carpentry, woodworking, general construction, detail parts assembling, auto body, and lamination.

Pay

$20.00 – $23.00 per hour based on experience. Second shift receives a $2 shift differential.

Schedule

Full-time, non-exempt. 1st shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime is possible based on production timelines and deadlines.
