Job Overview

Elite Custom Builders is seeking an experienced and dependable Carpenter to join our Field Operations team. This full-time position plays a key role in executing high-quality residential and commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry for residential and commercial construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Frame walls, install doors and windows, build structures, and complete detailed interior finishes
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other building materials accurately
• Install cabinetry, trim, flooring, drywall, and other structural components
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with project managers, subcontractors, and team members
• Ensure all work is completed on schedule and meets quality expectations
• Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications

• 2+ years of carpentry experience in residential and/or commercial construction preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working outdoors
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Able to work independently and within a team environment

Pay & Benefits

• $27–$35 per hour, based on experience
• Weekly pay cycle

Schedule

Full-Time
Monday through Friday
Weekend work and overtime available based on project needs

Work Location

Field-based position serving job sites throughout the Local area
Projects may include both residential and commercial construction
Occasional travel between local job sites may be required
