- Understands form bracing and pressure from concrete
- Works safely and understands safety protocols
- Knows torch setup and operation
- Knows crane signals and has rigging skills
- Dependable
- Able to read drawings/blueprints with general understanding
- Able to identify and solve most problems on own
- Able to determine sequencing for form erection
- Acts as crew leader of 3-5 people
- Plans ahead for subordinates and delegates work assignments
- Ensures work site is safe and subordinates work safely
- Has rigging experience and sets up for safety
