Carpenter
About the role
Liberty Maintenance is a rapidly growing contracting and maintenance company proudly serving the greater Philadelphia area. We are currently looking for a dependable and experienced Carpenter to join our team in a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Framing of walls with wood/metal studs
- Frame decks, doorways, windows, etc.
- Drywall patching, interior repairs, and painting
- Installation of Decks, doorways, and windows
- Finish carpentry, including trim work, handrails, etc
- Tile work and flooring installation
- Knowledge and use of power tools, including table saw, chop saw, drills, etc
- Drive van/truck, stock & clean vehicle, pick up materials for jobs
- Must be able to wear a half and full-face respirator
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of carpentry or construction experience
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Valid driver’s license required

$62,000 - $79,000/year
