Responsibilities

• Interior: Demolition, removal of flooring, framing, finish carpentry installation of interior and exterior trims, drywall repair, install, finish, installation of interior doors, removal and installation of door lock sets and hardware, installation of cabinets, installation, removal of appliances.
• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing: Working knowledge of outlets, switches, breakers, and electrical wiring, basic plumbing removal and reconnects of toilets, sinks, baths, faucets, and laundry, HVAC components replacement/installation.

Requirements

• H.S graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Three or more years’ experience as a carpenter or an equivalent combination of experience and technical training.
• Valid PA driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Able to work independently and with others as assigned.
• Residential Remodeling experience in a professional capacity.
• Able to prioritize deadlines.

• Must be organized.
• Must be able to successfully pass background check and drug screen.
