Carpenter
About the role
This position will build, maintain, and repair structures made of wood, plywood, wallboard and other related items within the property. Maintain and repair all structures made of wood including cabinets, bed frames, doors, chairs, chair, crown molding and furniture. Assess property needs and create products as required. Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim, or hardware. Frame out walls and set door frames. Participate in show and production fabrication as directed by the Chief Engineer or the Engineering Manager. Maintain a clean work environment and proper upkeep of all company tools. Comply with OSHA regulations, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and safety precautions. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of three years carpentry experience and or equivalent experience required.
- Experience as a Finished Carpenter preferred.
- Working knowledge of all tools commonly used in carpentry shop required.
- Ability to read and understand technical literature and blueprints required.
- Valid Driver’s License and a satisfactory driving record required.
- Material Handling Equipment certification as required.
Qualifications
