Carpenter

About the role

This position is responsible for materials management, tools, unloading/loading, set up and breakdown in the completion of carpentry support of Crating; Receiving, Packing, Inventory, and shipping of storage, display, production, and sales machines, components, and parts.

Responsibilities

• 100% crating of all large spares order, equipment, and tooling
• Loading and unloading of trucks
• Blocking and bracing of containers (2 to 4 per year)
• Managing crate planning
• Completes standard crates for inventory
• Maintains, Repairs, stocks used crates from IB and other sources
• Maintain tools and carry out preventive maintenance program
• Maintain lumber minimum stocks, inventory, and place replenishment orders with supervisor
• Ensure all safety equipment is in proper working order
• Complete required reports
• Perform additional duties as required by management
• Train back up

Qualifications

• 5+ years of previous carpentry experience
• Experience and expertise with all manner of carpentry tools
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred

Pay

$26.00 per hour

Schedule

1st shift, 7:00am–7:00pm, Friday–Sunday
