Job Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on projects prior to purchase by attending showings.
• Affiliate with the creation of the scope of work to be performed for each project.
• Attend building inspections.
• Interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Maintain safety and compliance.
• Manage tools and materials.
• Collaborate with other trades.
• Provide training and shadowing opportunities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in residential carpentry, specifically with framing, drywall, insulation, finishings).
• Understand architect blueprints.
• Know OSHA requirements, Lead-Safe, City Codes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Pay

This is an Exempt position with a salary range of $51,000 - $53,000.
