About the role
Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Carpenter to provide exceptional service to customers through general carpentry tasks such as gutters, siding, doors, windows, trim, sheetrock, framing, decks, painting, soffit, and fascia repair, moisture barriers, and vent installation.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and complete services independently
- Gather necessary tools and materials for each project
- Work on various projects including soffits, facia, siding, interior/exterior trim, framing, sheetrock, decks, porches, doors, windows, gutters
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services and answering questions
- Ensure thorough job completion by cleaning up and collecting payments
- Work evenings and weekends as needed
Requirements
- Demonstrated skills in most construction categories listed above
- Pass and maintain required licensing/certification exams
- Possess current Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible to work a 40-hour minimum workweek
Qualifications
- Pass internal technical exams

- Understanding of written, verbal, or diagram instructions

A Day in the Life of a Carpenter
In this role, you will work independently to fulfill services to our customers. This includes scheduling services and gathering necessary tools and materials. Your daily work may involve projects such as soffits, facia, siding, interior/exterior trim, framing, sheetrock, decks, porches, doors, windows, gutters. Through your excellent customer service skills and understanding of instructions, you will deliver an uncompromised service to our customers. Ensure thorough job completion by cleaning up and collecting payments.
Minimum Qualifications
