At Utah Disaster Kleenup (UDK), we help people put their lives back in order after experiencing devastating water, fire, mold and weather-related property losses. Our team of carpenters excel in treating our customers with care and compassion, handling physically challenging jobs with a continually changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with drywall, framing, siding, painting, finish carpentry, flooring, minor electrical, and minor plumbing
• Have experience in all phases of construction
• Treat customers with care and compassion
• Communicate effectively with English-speaking customers
• Handle a dirty job with enthusiasm
• Work efficiently and effectively
• Make customers happy

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the following areas:
• - Drywall
• - Framing
• - Siding
• - Painting
• - Finish carpentry
• - Flooring
• - Minor electrical
• - Minor plumbing

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and clear motor vehicle record

Skills

• Customer service
• Exceptional communication skills

Pay

Pay is commensurate with experience, with opportunities for advancement as they prove themselves capable. With the opportunity for overtime, and on-call bonuses, the average Disaster Kleenup Carpenter earns $55,000 or more annually within their first year. We also provide our carpenters with a company vehicle.
