- Strong work ethic - Professional appearance and demeanor - Good overall knowledge of all trades (Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, Light Plumbing, and Electrical) - Excellent customer service skills (solid communication and interpersonal abilities) - Ability to interact positively with various clients and colleagues - Successful prior track record as a Carpenter - Estimation skills - Own standard set of tools for all trades - Current and valid driver’s license - Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Strong documentation and invoicing skills
