CARPENTER AND WAREHOUSE LABOR HELPERS FOR EXPORT PACKING WAREHOUSE

About the role

Export packing warehouse is hiring full time personnel for Export warehouse work and labor personnel. Now hiring experienced and training entry level personnel for:

Responsibilities

• Export packing inside warehouse and yard
• Build crates and pallets
• Inventory of boxes, organize and load orders inside shipping containers
• Pipe yard: bundle pipe and load inside shipping containers
• Receive incoming orders, weigh on scale, measure and inventory each order and create a Material Receipt
• General warehouse work: organizing, housekeeping, equipment pressure washing & painting
• General labor as required for different yard and warehouse jobs

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a drug screening test and have a clean background record
• Organized, able to work as a team player, follow directions with attention to detail
• Energetic, positive minded
• Able to work at a fast pace to meet deadlines Monday thru Friday and some weekends as well
• Able to travel to offsite projects
• Have a current driver’s license and good driving record
• Able and ready to perform all kinds of warehouse work, packing, dismantling equipment, and more
• Able to lift 40 lbs
• Reliable and have transportation to get to work on time
• Minimum of 1 year experience on similar jobs
• Able to drive company trucks and vehicles
• Experienced operating forklifts and heavy equipment
• Able to follow and execute general housekeeping labors, clean and organize working area, yard, tools, etc.

Skills

• Power tools, nail guns, staple guns, air compressors, hammer, mechanic tools, pressure washer
• TWIC card (a plus)
• Bilingual (a plus)

$14.00 ++ / hr and up based on experience
